  Ingredients: 2 cups of moth beans 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato ¼ cup of dry coconut 1 cup of water 1 tsp chopped ginger 2 cloves of garlic 1 tsp mustard and cumin seeds 4-5 curry leaves 1 tsp red chilli powder  2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp of chopped jaggery 5 cups of water 2 cups of farsan 4 pav Salt as needed Method: In a mixer, combine 2 tsp oil, ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, coconut and half cup of water. Grind it to a smooth paste and set it aside.  In a pressure cooker, combine moth beans, half tsp of turmeric, one cup of water and a pinch of salt. Allow it to cook for 2 whistles Set it aside.  Heat some oil in a vessel and add mustard and cumin seeds Once it starts spluttering, add curry leaves, pinch of turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
